How do I pay?

We accept all major credit & debit cards along with Apple Pay, After Pay/ Klarna, cash, and we can use your card that you booked with.

Where is Chrome Rose?

Chrome Rose is located inside My Salon Suites. Our address is 519 Memorial Dr. Atlanta, 30312 Suites 213 & 212. My Salon Suites is at The Larkin across the street from the Oakland cemetery.

Is there parking?

Yes!! The Larkin has 24 hour FREE parking, as well as all the surrounding streets.

  • Yes! We are all so happy about this WFH lifestyle and the fact that it gives you the freedom to make afternoon appointments. We have free wifi and will gladly share the information with you to make sure you get your work done. And no, it’s not weird if you have to hop on a zoom call or meeting!

  • We want you to love your hair! If you decide after you leave, or even up to 2 weeks later, that you’re not vibing with your new look, we would love the opportunity to to do any adjustments to your hair color or haircut. We don't offer refunds on services already completed, but we will do what we need to do to make sure you’re happy. We made a commitment to you to feel your best!

CANCELLATION POLICY

To continue offering thoughtful scheduling and dedicated time for each client, 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please reach out at hello@chromeroseatl.com.
